We offer three tour packages to suit different interests and group needs. The Full Tour at R1 300 per person covers the complete KwaBulawayo experience, including welcoming and cultural performances, the Zulu kitchen experience, a light lunch, the hut and kraal tour, a Sangoma experience, all monuments, Emgoswaneni, and Queen Nandi's Grave. The Inside Tour at R1 100 per person focuses on the cultural and royal residence experience. The Outside Tour at R950 per person covers the heritage monuments, Emgoswaneni, and Queen Nandi's Grave. You will be welcomed with a traditional Zulu welcoming ceremony that sets the tone for the day. From there your guide will lead you through the experience according to your chosen package, which may include cultural performances, a tour of the royal kraal and heritage sites, the Zulu kitchen experience, a Sangoma encounter, and visits to the monuments and Queen Nandi's Grave. Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate for an outdoor heritage site. The experience is immersive, respectful, and deeply memorable.
Yes. Drivers and tour guides accompanying visiting groups are admitted to KwaBulawayo free of charge. We value the role that tour operators and guides play in bringing visitors to our site and are glad to extend this courtesy to them.
